We had a roof leak on our brand new fifth wheel. ...That leak having been made painfully obvious to us by a recent tropical storm and associated heavy rainfall. So we were really in a bit of a jam, with a kitchen bowl to catch dripping water in our master bedroom closet. RV Doctor came promptly and made the necessary repairs, quickly and efficiently. We met Dan, the owner, and his assistant, Rod. Easy five stars for punctuality, quality and attentiveness. This is a relatively small, family-owned business. They are very friendly and they do great work. They answer phone calls and texts 24/7. Highly recommended.
What an awesome experience. I won't go into the gory details of the issue we were having with our 2018 Winnebago Navion, but will tell you that Shelly and team were the most helpful, responsive, courteous and professional folks I've dealt with in many years. While waiting to get the specific part in at their location, Shelly kept us up to date (sometimes daily) keeping us apprised as to the status of what was happening. Once the part was in, they notified us immediately and had us in and out in 2 (work) days. The quality of work seemed to be excellent and we then received a call from them a few days after we returned home with the RV asking if everything was in working order. Also told us to let them know at anytime if we experience any further issues. They were a wonderful staff to deal with and they are now my "GO TO" folks for any of our RV repairs. In this day and time, having an "RV DOCTOR" we can depend on is so important. And they are it!!!!
Long story here..... getting ready to leave the campground, pulling slider in. Loud bang, slider stopped at an angle, would not retract. Was in a bind, as campground had already reserved the space I was in. So.... I called RV Doctor. They had no openings at all, but, after listening to my "tale of woe", told me they'd see what they could do. True to their word, late in the day Carl showed up, with a young guy who was learning the trade. Carl got right on it, and found a broken weld that held the hydraulic operating rod to the trailer frame. He didn't have a welding machine on his service truck, but was able to figure a way to get my slider retracted, using a come along and some clamps. He even knew of a great weld shop further north, and got me in there first thing next morning. So, bottom line, because of RV Doctor's dedicated office girls, and the strong efforts of Carl, who worked late that day. I was able to get back on the road the following morning.
A huge THANK YOU to everyone involved, you guys are great!
